Gracias.
My screen turns off if I'm not using it for a minute, in the Windows power plan I have to never turn it off.
I've looked and tried everything in Windows but I can't change this. If I'm not moving the mouse or typing, the screen turns off in 1 minute and I have to move the mouse for it to turn on.
I don't know where to look anymore. I can't find anything in the BIOS either.
Thanks.

The problem was with the screen saver, which was set to blank (black) and activates in a minute.
Thank you so much for the solution. If the screen saver had been bubbles (hehe), it would have been solved a long time ago.
Thank you so much.
