Product: hp elitebook 850 G3

hey, I am using the hp elitebook 850 G3 for my work and i got the hp usb-c G5 docking station, but now my mouse is working when i have plugged it in, my keyboard is working, but my monitors are doing nothing they are just not turning on. the weird thing is that i have also a probook (no idea which one) but there is everything working fine, how does that works?

HP USB-C dock is NOT compatible with HP Elitebook 840 G3.(and G4) machines. The dock is compatible with 840 G5 and G6 machines
