Hi, I have a problem with a line which appears on the screen, it appears in different places on the screen, when I change the screen orientation from horizontal to vertical it also changes its position. It is not visible on the login screen, nor in the bios, it is only visible after logging into windows.kreska.JPG

Problem fixed by changing a scale size from 115 to 116, however.. going back to 115 or 114 is making again this strange line

Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

If the component is not tested then possibly it is in the updated version of UEFI diagnostics.

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the '+' symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

Run the graphics test and if the problem occurs then make a warranty claim.

Update:

When changing the resolution, there is also a displacement of this 'line', so it does not occur in the same place. When playing games I did not notice it occurring either.

I have the impression that it only appears about 1s after logging in

What about the UEFI diagnostics?

You have both Intel graphics and NVidia graphics.  Possibly the Intel has a problem and when you run a game the NVidia takes over and the problem disappears.  Can you force Intel to run all the time?   Can you force NVIdia to run all the time?  Possibly this will narrow down the problem.

1 - see if there is file corruption

SFC and DISM are both tools that scan and repair corrupted system files. However, SFC uses a cached version of the files, while DISM uses the internet to download and fix the files.
Try the SFC first and if it gives a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM tool.

2 - Can you re-install both the NVidia and the Intel drivers found here?

3 - make sure yo u have BIOS f.25 or a newer one, but F.25 seemed to actually help and not just put in a security feature that will slow down your laptop.

4 See if the UEFI graphics can test just the Intel graphics chip, not just the nvidia one.
