chromebook 360 14a ca0000nf
Chrome OS

Hello,

Hp site says that my chromebook 14a ca 0000nf is compatible with usi hp pen but the pen doesn't work (no mention of stylus in parameters nor in device), is the USI really compatible with that model or did HP made a mistake at my expense (literally)

Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same one. I purchased the HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca0097nr and the HP Rechargeable USI pen was recommended to go with it, but the stylus option does not even appear in device settings to turn on.

I have already had one pen replaced because they say it was faulty (so tech support must think its compatible). I also have no stylus support in Devices. My chromebook is  HP Chromebook x360 14a-c0004na; it is listed today as compatible. Also, chrome//:version shows the notebook is a blooguard one which is supposed to support USI (https://chromeunboxed.com/rise-of-the-universal-stylus-usi-emerges-in-upcoming-chromebook-bloog/ ). It's as if it hasn't been switched on as an option. HP really need to sort this out
