I was working ...all of a sudden the taskbar filed up the entire screen with multiple tasks bars and scrolled upwards for 2 mins then went back to normal....I looking for new laptop as you read

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your taskbar. This seems to be a system glitch, where visual artifacts may temporarily appear and then disappear after a short while. These types of issues can occasionally occur due to a temporary software glitch, display driver issue, or operating system bug.
 

Here are a few steps to help prevent such issues in the future:


Update Your System: Ensure that your operating system is up to date with the latest updates. These can include fixes for bugs or glitches.


Update Drivers: Make sure your display drivers are up to date. Official HP® Support. You can do this through the Device Manager in Windows.


Restart the System: Sometimes, simply restarting the computer can resolve temporary glitches.
