Product: HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC (8VZ06AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

as the title says, the increase and decrease brightness buttons don't work but i can increase and decrease brightness through the settings normally as usual

my laptop: HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC (8VZ06AV)

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the HP Hotkey support driver from your notebook's support page.
