I recently bought the pavilion X360 14-dw0010na and the tilt 2.0 pen as recommended.
However there are no instructions on how to turn the pen on, Or how the tilt function works.
I have tried going through support but it does not recognise either the pen or the laptop product code and the only troubleshooting is for a different model of pen.

It's true that there is not "a lot" of information.
That said, the Pen has its own website.

There is supposed to be a Quick Start guide in the box with the pen.
What Is In The Box | HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen; 2 additional pen tips; USB-C cable; Quick Start guide; Product notices; Warranty card; RTF card (LA only) |
The document is perhaps nearly unreadable due to the amount of text on tiny paper.
If you can discern and let me know the name of the Quick Start document, I will search for an online copy of the file and see if I can find anything additional on the subject.
Original Content
OK.
Then, I don't know.
Another search on Google, for example, does not show a separate website / manual for this pen.
I'll see if I can dig out anything else - if I do find something, I will update and report this message.
