Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue with the new microsoft surface pen (4th gen i believe) on my HP Spectre x360 convertible 15-df0xxx

The Pen works in general and pen sensitivity is enabled too. 

I cannot find a tool to adjust the pen sensitivity and sensitivity curve either. 

The Surface application for that won't work on the HP either..

I did see a video on youtube where the tilt feature works with mpp2.0 so i guess it is a software/driver issue?

Is there any driver i could install to make at least the tilt feature work?

When it is clearly possible to run this , why limiting the capabilities of the pen?

The video I saw it working is at least 2 years old..
