@adhi07112005, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It looks like you're experiencing an issue with installing drivers for your touchpad on an HP Pavilion x360 laptop. The error message shows that there was a problem installing the drivers and it references "Device Cannot Start. (Code 10)".

Here are a few steps you can try to fix the issue:

Update or Reinstall the Drivers:

Go to Device Manager (right-click on the Start button and select it).

Find Mice and other pointing devices, right-click on the touchpad device (often listed as something like "Synaptics" or "Elan").

Select Uninstall device and confirm.

Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically try to reinstall the drivers upon restart.

Download Drivers from HP's Website:

Visit the HP Support website.

Enter your laptop’s model number (HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1010tu) and find the touchpad driver under the Drivers & Downloads section.

Download and install the latest driver for your touchpad.

Run Windows Update:

Sometimes, driver issues can be resolved through a regular Windows update.

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, then check for updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
