the same old story ,when we brought my sons envy 360 convertible from best the touch screen works flawlessly ,once my son upgraded to windows 11 it stop working did what said to do go to device manager etc etc finally ended up backing up all his data and did a rest on the laptop once it was completed the freaking laptop loaded up with windows 11 did not go into virgin status like it was when you brought it from the store which it had window 10 on it

1. Check the Device Manager for Touchscreen Drivers
- Feel your fingers tapping through the keys as you press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Look for Human Interface Devices—imagine scrolling down the list, feeling the smooth motion under your fingertip.
- If HID-compliant touch screen is missing, you can almost sense the absence.
- If it’s there, give it a right-click (the slight pressure of the mouse button) and select Enable. Does the touch suddenly spring back into life under your fingertips?
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Touchscreen Driver
- You’re already in Device Manager, so with purposeful clicks, right-click on HID-compliant touch screen and feel the relief as you hit Uninstall device.
- After this, take a deep breath and restart your laptop. Imagine the anticipation as the computer powers up, expecting Windows to automatically reinstall the driver.
- Test the screen—slide your finger along its surface. Is it responsive now?
3. Update or Rollback Drivers
