Product: HP Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Touchpad not working, mouse cursor is missing. This has happened several days in a row. If I do a hard reset I can usually get the touchpad and mouse cursor working but it's ridiculous to have to go through this process every single day.

I have the same issue, touchpad is not working. In driver manager I'm not able to see any touchpad driver. I have only 12days more of warrant. Due to lockdown and pandemic I'm not able to take the laptop to a service center. Please find a solution for this. It's a humble request.
