Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (780R8AV)
hi,
laptop HP 250 G10 with fresh new Windows 11 (also tried W10) has problem with touchpad. Doesn't work and drivers from support portal are not recognized by Windows. Also tried to hardcode them with no luck.
I tried to boot from usb with 4in1 diag tool where touchpad test successfully passed so it's not a hardware problem but Windows and HP drivers.
In device manager i see 3x unknown PCI components and 1x SM controller. I have tried to install and hardcode all drivers still not working.
