Product: HP Pavilion - 14-bk002na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 14 inch laptop touchpad  tracking works OK, left click to select or right click for menu fails to work. Physical click feedback has Limited movement. I have removed rear cover and battery to clean edge of touchpad , checked screws and carried out a visual inspection. Problem occurred in first 6  months  and is now approximately 4 years old. I have run the UEFI diagnostic with the same experience. Is  there a known weakness with touchpad becoming loose or could this be a touchpad failure ?Replacement touchpad for the 14-bk002na seemed limited, brackets can be found. Is there a compatible model to search for parts ?
