traack pad not working at all tryed all support and reading online for days nothing i found will fix it.

running windows 10 pro
in device manager there is an unknown device but tryed installing drivers manually but noting works so just keep having to delet it and restart.
i need my laptop for work and dont always have a desk/table to use USB mouse on knee is not user frendly and showing up at clients like this dose not look to good
any help would be helpfull thanks

Try reinstalling the Synaptics Touchpad Driver if you have not already. You might have to go into the Synaptics interface to configure it also.
