Product: spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought a HP G4 QHD monitor recently. I can connect to my HP Spectre x360 laptop by usb-c/thunderbolt/type c cable.
It was working fine, but randomly stopped working in the middle of watching a Youtube clip.
Now, when the cable is connected, the charging thunderbolt power light just goes on/off repeatedly, and the monitor cannot recognize the PC and has no input signal. Also, when connected, the cursor on my laptop does not move.
Everything (BIOS, graphics adapter, firmware, etc.) is updated to latest on my laptop.
