HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B26AV)

I bought this premium pavilion laptop from dubai on 1st feb with global warranty.

From day one i have facing trouble with the touchpad sound but on that time i was not in dubai or in canada and i have other more important things lined up and that time my laptop usage was 0% but after one sometime i was using laptop on daily basis and when i arrived in canada i contact hp service for repair and they told me that they will send me a box and i have to put my laptop in the box and go to the nearest ups with the box, i said OK and i waited for almost 3 days and i had received nothing from hp. I am a student and i have lot of work to do in laptop so then i thinked that they are making this late for a box then when will i get my laptop back after repair so i request them for an exchange and the first representative was arguing with me that we don't have the policy etc and i told him to connect me to with his manager then i told the whole scenario to the manager then she shifted my call to someone elase and the assigned me with a case manager.

On the second day i received a call from case manager he was too sweet and humble he offered me a refurbished laptop against my new laptop that doesn't work for me because my laptop is totally new so i rejected that offer and requested him to comes up with a good offer then yesterday he offered me a new same laptop with large screen size, i accepted that offer and requested him to proceed further and make is fast then today he told me that he will. Now i am again waiting for the empty box and i don't know when will i get the box and after receiving my laptop and they will process and after that they will send me new unit. Day by day i am losing my time. I have 3 hp laptops at my home and i never called hp because they are working properly and this is the first time i am facing this kind of issue.

Still i ma not happy with the services and this is my last purchase from hp next time when i have to purchase the laptop i will look into other brands and the reason is poor hp services.
