Please use option Do nothing when close the lid, otherwise it normally goes to sleep mode

I don't have that option for power settings.  Is it possible it's in the bios?

Why, it is on all Windows 10 machines. Please try

   (a) Right click the battery icon and select Power Options

   (b) On the left hand side click Choose what closing the lid does,

   (c) Click OK/Apply at the end.

Regards.
