Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i am absolutely unable to get the Themes in Windows 11 to work on my HP laptop.  I have it working on my Dell laptop, but not this one.  I have tried microsoft windows store o I have tried online installation, setup installation, you name - i have tried it.  other than actual programming language, which I have little experience.  Any advice?
