Hi @bronwod2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with that issue in Roblox! Here are a few steps you can try to get the jump and move buttons back in touchscreen mode.

  • Restart the Game: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve glitches. Close Roblox completely and reopen it.
  • Check Game Settings: Ensure that the game’s settings haven't changed. Look for any options related to controls or touchscreen mode.
  • Update Roblox: Make sure that Roblox is updated to the latest version. Outdated versions can sometimes cause issues.
  • Clear Browser Cache: If you're playing Roblox in a web browser, clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can help resolve issues related to loading.
  • Try a Different Browser: If you're using a browser, try playing Roblox in a different one to see if the problem persists.
  • Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your operating system is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix compatibility issues.
  • Reinstall Roblox: If none of the above works, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
