Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I am trying to connect two external HP displays to my laptop via a HP USB-C G5 docking station. One display uses HDMI and the other uses a display port. I'm connecting the docking station using a USB-C to Tip adapter cable to my laptop and the power seems to be working fine. I'm unable to detect the external monitors on y Windows Display Screen.

Your machine is NOT compatible with the USB-C G5 dock. If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (total 3), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
