Hi @xahkz
It is important to know your laptop model, try doing a power reset and test the monitors.,

What do you mean, know the model? I've used this laptop for over 2 years now , this usb c port issue happened after the bios update othe. The extra monitor is essentially new so not sure what to test.
Anyway the assistance I'm looking for is around the port and rolling back the bios update.

When requesting assistance, you must indicate the model of the laptop. Not all models can roll back a BIOS update.
Have a nice day.
