Microsoft Windows 11

The last afternoon when I turn on my laptop to do my work, the screen was just black, and can't see or can't turn off my laptop. Then, after I can restart my laptop, I saw that there was a vertical white line on my screen. But when I checked and updated the new update and restart my laptop, the vertical line disappeared but it was back after a few minutes until now. The line doesn't affect my work progress because everything else is normal right now but it makes me feel uncomfortable when I have to work with it every day, may somebody explain to me what's going on with my laptop and how to solve this problem?

Hello @Melanie0620

It could be a defect in <display matrix> of internal screen. You cannot repair this ...

Does this line also appear on an external monitor connected via vga/hmi ?

Please report your results

I don't have an external monitor to try that, is there another way to check it? 😞

Ask a friend/neighbor and borrow a monitor
