Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 (771X1AV)

hi, my laptop was fine and i was working on it when there is thin vertical green line that appeared on the left side of the screen, the laptop was not moved or anything so how can this get fixed? i am still under warranty i got this laptop a month ago but the whatsapp technical support is not responsive so i hope someone can help me here.
