@kishor18, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Here’s a simpler version of the solution:

Automatic Volume Increase:

Check if the volume key is stuck or damaged. Clean your keyboard to see if it helps.

Go to Device Manager, find Keyboards, right-click, and select Update Driver.

Disconnect any external keyboard or mouse to see if they’re causing the issue.

Run a full scan using Windows Defender or any antivirus software.

Screen Blinking:

Go to Device Manager, find Display adapters, right-click your display adapter, and select Update Driver.

In your browser settings, turn off hardware acceleration.

Right-click on the desktop, go to Display settings, and make sure the refresh rate is correct (usually 60Hz).

If using an external monitor, see if the blinking happens on the laptop screen itself.

If nothing helps, there could be a hardware problem, and you might need to contact HP support.
