Edits - Added "what have you tried" comment and added comment at the end of the message to check Edge font settings.
Not sure what you are seeing.
Please do not share specific Websites - perhaps you can tell us what you have tried.
Short Version:
This is not an "HP" driver update or setting issue. This is mostly likely a browser issue - either a misconfigured (or unused) setting in Edge > Settings or a problem within the browser that is not working as expected. (Ask for help from Edge / Microsoft.)
Long Version:
This is unfortunately not something related to your brand of computer - it is more of a Windows thing; more specifically, if the normal controls to adjust screen content do not work, the issue might be embedded in something outside of your browser and in your Windows OS. I cannot imagine what that might involve - the mention merely illustrates that much is possible and Windows does manage to get itself into a tangle on occasion.
Normally, browser screen content can be adjusted on the fly using the common "control" commands.
Edge -- Version 80.0.361.66 (Official build) (64-bit)
does respond to the following, at least on those websites I have tested.
PC:
Ctrl + (Control key and Plus key at the same time > page contents larger)
Ctrl - (Control key and Dash key together > page contents smaller)
Ctrl 0 (Control key and 0 (zero) > reset page to Default)
Also worth a look...
If you have changed the fonts in Edge to other than the recommended "Medium" size, this may impact how websites are viewed on the screen. Depending on what the web developer has included and whether Edge lets you override website font setups, the "fit" factor might be shifted when the fonts are set other than expected.
