(1) <Windows hello> works with >>> IR ( Infrared ) camera only !

Camera
Hybrid 720p HD camera
HP Sure Shutter
NOTE: 
High-definition (HD) content is required to view high definition images. 

 

I do not see any reference to IR

 

(2) Double Check Windows <device manager> -> Webcam
