The difference(s) between L74116-031 "TOPCOVER W/Backlit keyboard UK" and L74117-031 "SPS-TOPCOVER W/KYBD BL PVCY UK" is this:
Meaning (or at least how I read this), the first keyboard has the backlit option, and the second doesn't.
And yes, if you look at HP PartSurfer's "Click Here To See The List Of HP Products That Part Number Is Used In", they are both compatible with the HP Dragonfly i5/i7-8xxx platforms.
