Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i recently chaged my laptop screen due to some pixel defects and also have installed windows 10 recently when i scroll down using the double finge slide on the touch pad the screen goes off something like sleep and comes back later whe i slide a single finger more or rapidly typing... please help me if possible...

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display goes off when you swipe two fingers on the touchpad.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

 

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the bios, chipset driver and graphics driver from the below link and test.

If the issue persists, uninstall the touchpad driver from device manager and reinstall it from the below link.

hello thank you for your response i have checked your website for drivers and it does not specify drivers for my windows support in the website i cant find my os in the given operating system list does that mean i wont find any drivers any where?

I recommend you to download and install HP support assistant and it will automatically download and install all the required drivers your computer.
