What is your PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV) machine ? It could be one of the following 110 machines

For example: HP Laptop 15s-fq2058ns
They should have SAME ports. That means if ONLY has 1 hopeless SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
In short: your machine is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks including the Dell wd22tb4.
