This seems to be more of a Windows 10 fault.
There have been multiple instances of people's display randomly going from 1080p to 720p and the 1080p option not showing in drop-down bar, similar to you.
Have you installed all correct drivers for your hardware?
Display will be the highlight in here.
Also, if you recently updated windows or installed a display driver, rolling-back to an earlier version might help fix this problem.
Use device manager for this
Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters.
Double click on the shown adapter - Select Driver Tab - this will show the driver date.
Click on Roll Back Driver - give reason - then select the previously dated driver and Apply

Greetings!
What have you tried so far / what makes you say that the display isn't 1920x1080p resolution?
Have you tried changing your display settings in your Windows?
It has an option to change the resolution of the display.
Also there's a scale option.
It's on 125% by default and recommended by Windows.
You can change it to 100% for smaller and broader feel of the display, if that's what you are trying to achieve.
Hope this helps.
Don't hesitate to write back if you have any confusion or need further assistance.
