Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 RCTO Base Model

Similar to many others on here, my hinge in the x360 is shifted out of place and has caused damage to my screen. The bumpers also decided to fail so they kinda just sit inside the computer now. I'm still under warranty so looking for some help with getting it fixed. Thanks.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
