一体机的Broadcom BCM43142无线网卡无法使用

你好， 我的HP一体机无线网卡无法使用，具体如下

1. 电脑：HP All-in-One; S/N: 3CR6030KYM; MODEL NO: 20-r031cn                 

2. 无线网卡：Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi M.2 Adapter

3. 操作系统： WIN7 64 BIT

驱动安装后，能看到无线网络， 但是信号强度为0，无法连接无线网，我估计是驱动的问题，HP售后只有WIN8以上驱动，我现在WIN7怎么解决？谢谢!
