Hi, I have been having trouble with my HP wireless mouse. We had been using it on the TV for a while but it stopped working. It worked fine on my laptop till yesterday but now my laptop (HP Envy x360 convertible) detects it but the mouse just doesn't work. The light is on, the batteries have been changed, I've pressed the reset button multiple times, I've checked for updates and ensured the drivers are installed everything says it working but it's just not.
P.S sorry if this is the wrong board for this question I didn't know where the right place was...

@Perfect_Irony Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing issues with the mouse.
In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the option. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
