Hi, I have a HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model. I upgraded from Win10 to Win11, not longer working. Symptom: wifi not working, doesn't show up on network list. In Device Manager, says "This device cannot start (Code 10)". Currently, Driver Mgr says it's Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz. V 22.190.0.4, 11/23/22.
I've tried re-installing drivers about 20 times now, various combinations, doing it all with the ethernet cable unplugged, etc. One thing is uninstalling the existing driver never works, it always re-appears after refreshing Device Mgr (is that a because it's a inbox Wi-Fi driver" (pre-installed)??). I updated the BIOS, no help. Some have suggested going to older Intel driver, but I cannot because it says "new version already installed" (despite attempts to first uninstall, as I mentioned above). I tried "Intel Driver Support Assistent", I tried adding (or maybe it was updating) "HP Connection Optimizer". I tried this recipe:

None of the above helped.
Device event log says:

For now, I bought a USB external wireless adapter, that's working fine. $34 (there are cheaper ones): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BWT1IFE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
