Product: HP ProBook x360 11 G5 EE Notebook PC (7CB77AV)

Hello, my name is kyllian, I wanted to reset my pc recently for various problems such as a keyboard problem, corrupt files. So, it didn't work properly, and concomitantly it causes a problem with 3f0 (no storage) and driverlock (which means that since I don't have the password, I can't unlock). It is in this context that I come to ask for help, to know what to do in practice, and if, if necessary, give me confirmation to go see a professional.
