Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544L9AV)
Hi,
is it possible to upgrade from my 4G WWAN (Intel XMM 7560 R+ LTE) to 5G (Intel 5000 5G Solution-WWAN)?
- I know the new 5G-card is a bit longer (so I need to change the screw holder)
- I tried it with a 5g card but got the error 703 "Wireless module not supported (703)"
So is it possible to do it at all (or is it blocked)?
Notebook: HP Elitebook 845 G9
BR Alex

Hi @wusco_supp
Hi,
It is under your risk but the G10 model as you see in the service manual uses the intel 5000 and the Intel XMM 7560, so it can be compatible.
