Hello,

Router is C400XG Centurylink. Laptop can see the 5G network, but get the error message "Can't connect to this network" iPhones and Chromebooks are able to connect to 5G, so I do not believe it is the router. Have done the usual, reset router 2x, reset machine, updated drivers, (Realtek RTL8821CE) both the WLAN and Bluetooth. (Side issue, is there is too much interference with Bluetooth and the WLAN on 2.4GHz. )

Any help appreciated.

Thank you. I had thought it had been able to connect, as it "sees" the 5G. I've ordered a second hand Realtek RTL8821CE, as it has one antenna and will give it a try.
