5G wi-fi not showing up and 2G wi-fi keep on disconnecting even if I tried all methods shown in YT

Hi I have installed wifi in my house .but the problem is the 5g connectivity doesn't show up in my laptop. But 2g connects to my laptop but it keeps on disconnecting , even after trouble shooting , using commands , updating drivers and even after trying everything still it keep on disconnecting. HELP!!!!

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi adapter.

That model Wi-Fi adapter only works on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, which is why your notebook cannot find or connect to any 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi networks.

If you want to upgrade the internal Realtek single band Wi-Fi card, that would be an option...
