Microsoft Windows 11

An ARRIS router (model NVG468MQ)) was installed now the HP Laser jet printer MFP M29W will not connect over the WiFi. The printer blue light blinks.

The printer will print when connected directly to the Lenovo, windows 11 vis the ethernet cable.

Your printer only has Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port; built-in Wifi 802.11b/g/n which supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your new router to broadcast dual band (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz). Your printer should see your router and allow you connect.
