I noticed a persistent Error 1603 each time I attempted to install the latest recommended end-user version of the AC-9560 WIFI Driver downloaded from the .Intel Download Center .
Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters
Installation failed with error code 1603.
So I downloaded the driver from PROSet/Wireless Software and Wi-Fi drivers for IT Administrators and installed it from the Desktop. The error was no longer observed, and the AC-9560 WIFI driver had been updated with the latest version recommended by Intel. which is currently

Same Problem again attempting to update AC-9560 Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software Driver to the latest released version
Version 22.240.0.6 with a release date = 07/28/2023 will not install without an Error Code 1603 each time I tried to install.

Also, the same work around each time that I've encountered the issue fixes it;
Downloading the Zipped IT version for Administrators seems to be successful after manually updating the driver and has a different file release date = 06/18/2023; This is now the third time this particular hardware driver refused to update using the automated Intel Driver Support App. Apparently, because they've not included a missing file in the Executable package. But the Zipped file has all of the files required after its extraction.
