Need AR Bus Controller Driver for HP2000-2b09WM laptop computer - Reformated hard drive and installed from Installation CD with product code windows7-64bit hard drive operating system. From reviewing posts before signing up was able to install ethernet and WIFI drivers - would like to ensure these drivers are the correct ones for this computer - even though device manager says they are OK. Got SM Bus Controller to work once but forgot where I found it. Have learned my lesson - will save drivers to portable memory devices - in case system crashes and new install again. Imediately after new Win7 install on formated hard drive - prior to connecting to the internet - note poped up with Blue Error - I see no problem as windows has been faster then ever before and Blue Screen has not resurfaced. The Note:

Hi:
I have never heard of such a device.
Please post the hardware ID for it so that I can figure out what driver it needs.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/
If you meant to write SM Bus Controller, I have zipped up and attached the driver file you need below.
To install the driver, download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the sm bus controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
