We can't possibly help you with this, as most of the ISPs now print the default SSID and password (for WiFi) on the cases of their routers. These used to be "standard" -- but that caused a lot of security issue. So, they went to individual info for each customer device. If you can't find it printed on the router, you will have to contact them -- as we have no way of obtaining that information/
