how can i activate sim card for windows 10 on hp elitebook 850 g2 laptop computer, i have insert the sim in the sim card slot but i cant access anything

Did you buy WWAN card option ? Without WWAN card, SIM card is useless. Please check Device Manager, Network adapters. Your machine MUST have one of the following WWAN options before you can use SIM card
- HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ 4G Module part # 793116-001
- HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband Module part # 740011-001
- HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module part # 748599-001
