Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded to Windows 11, and a day later I lost the ability to use wi-fi and bluetooth. I can only connect to the internet using an ethernet cord. (My wi-fi in my house is fine, I can connect all my other devices).  I have been trying days to fix this to no avail.

This is what I have done so far that has not fixed the problem:

- Restarted computer, then also turned computer off for 10 minutes and back on

- Reset wi-fi and turned it on & Off (for those who will inevitably ask me)

- Reset adapters

- Updated wi-fi driver

- Uninstalled wi-fi driver, and installed latest wi-fi driver from HP

- Reset Winsock Catalog

- Troubleshoot network adapters (with ethernet connected AND with ethernet not connected)

- Troubleshoot hardware & firmware

- Did a hard reset, wiped all apps and went back to Windows 10

- Did all the above steps after going back to Windows 10

@akak512

Please download and install the 3rd one on the following list

          https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/products/sku/130293/intel-wifi-6-ax201-gig/downloads.html

If still problem, you may have to do a clean install.

(a) Go to Device Manager to uninstall existing wifi driver,

(b) Reboot machine,

(c) Right click the downloaded file and select Run as administrator,

(d) Reboot again.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

BH

Thank you for your reply, but those solutions don't work. I had tried those solutions several times (as stated in my original post), and tried it just now following your directions to confirm it still does not work.
