Why do I have to initialize my PC under the influence of the OS that I updated without permission?
Because it is PC for business use, it cannot be initialized easily-
Why do you want to clarify the results of the analysis?
I thought the two problems were related- I thought that solving one solved one solved the other problem, but I knew it was two problems-
1.The network is not connected depending on the combination and configuration status of WindiwsUpdate and Wi-Fi driver-
2.WindowsUpdate doesn't work(rc=0x80070422)-
What is the right situation for 1?

@kumi3m
Thank you for posting back.
As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue persist, I would suggest performing a system factory reset will isolate the issue.
- Note: the system factory recovery will fix all software related issue.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for your reply.
Even though I don't specialize in trouble, Why you say reset it at the factory ?
We can't back up a dedicated environment to support distant customers, and we want to identify and analyze problems as much as possible.
Even though I have not intentionally operated the operating system, I had trouble.
why there is no other way but to reset it factory?
Best regards, K.M

WiFi does not connect after WindowsUpdate1903 is installed even if "overwrite installation".
I tried to select and install, but it is the same situation.
1. "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168" netwtw04.inf
2. "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter" netvwifimp.inf --->(1)
3. "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2" netvwifimp.inf --->(2)
4. "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" oem15.inf
(1) and (2) have the following different values.
- the event log Information
- UI number
- Address
- Installation date
- Driver key Physical device object name
I asked HP Support how to erase (2), but She said that "initialize the system" is the only way.
We are sorry.
Best Regards, K.M

My problem was quite similar a few days ago, I cancelled a Microsoft update by mistake.
My solution which solved this issue: Disabling all Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter's in DeviceManager (search Google how it works).
(I don't need this virtual Wi-Fi adapter, it's just for sharing your internet connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot to others)
