After WindowsUpdate1903, Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC Adapter 3168 can't use

Hi !

After WindowsUpdate1903, There is a message the follow, at Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC Adapter 3168-Propaty-Event tab.  And Wi-Fi network don't connect.

デバイス PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24FB&SUBSYS_21108086&REV_10\0C5415FFFF28A1DB00 を使用するには、さらにインストールが必要です。(need added Install operation) 

 

​Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is added even if I turn it off, and it is used in wired LAN, but it is unstable.

 

device/Matherboard is

 BIOS Mode UEFI

 BASE Board HP 8377/KBC Version 02.32.00

 

Since it is a computer for work, I am in trouble because it affects my business. Waiting for quick response.

I installed KB4515383/KB4515384 manually, but the situation is not change.

Please let me know if there are other challenges you can take on.

 

Is it OK, Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC Adapter is for Wi-Fi and Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is for wired LAN?
Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is OK, Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC Adapter is not work.

Thank you for your Support.

 

After I deleted "KB4512508", "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter" didn't listed at device manager.

By Intel Driver Suppor Assistant, "WiFi_21.40.2_Driver64_Win10.exe" / "BT_21.40.0_64_Win10.exe" installed.

 

But Device  version at device manager is 19.51.24.3.

Is it OK ?


The follow message is at Event Tab.

"to use Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24FB&SUBSYS_21108086&REV_10\0C5415FFFF28A1DB00, need more install".

 

HP Help desk Chat Team say, install sp96200.exe.

oem75.inf / Netwtw04 / vwifibus / netwtw04.ind_amd64_16c38da95b2b7eb7 installed

netwtw04.ind_amd64_16c38da95b2b7eb7 RC = 0x0

 Err PIC : 00000007
 PCI uncorrectable error severity  : 00462031

 

Now WIndows Update "KB4515384" / "KB4515383" / "KB4520390" / "KB4515871" is installed.

I can't run WindowsUpdate automatically, but I'm afraid to run WindowsUpdate.

 

What is the correct state of the driver and WindowsUpdate?

Device Manager list:

- AdapterIntel Dual Band Wireless-AC Adapter

- Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual

- Realteck PCIe GBE Family Controller

 

What is Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual ?

And What Role it in network ?

Delete the drivers from the device manager

 

1. Press Windows+X to open the menu, and choose Device Manager on it. 

2. In the device manager, expand category "Network Adapters". 

3. Under this category, right-click on your driver and click on Uninstall. 

4. You may be required to confirm the uninstallation. Check the box next to "Delete the driver software for this device" and click OK button.

5. Restart the computer.

 

Then, run Windows Update Troubleshooter using the below link:

I delete the driver and reseted

The situation is not change.

 

1.I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422".
2.I uninstall KB4512508, I updated by WindowsUpdate, bun RC="0x80070422". Wi-Fi not connnect.
3.I uninstall KB4515384, I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422". Wi-Fi not connnect.
4.I cant uninstall KB4512508.
5.I Install by manual KB4512508, I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422".Wi-Fi not connnect.
5.I Install by manual KB4515384, I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422".Wi-Fi not connnect.
6.I run WiFi_21.40.2_Driver64_Win10.exe. I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422". Wi-Fi not connnect.
7.C:\Intel\Wireless\Data\Driver.msi run I try to update by WindowsUpdate, but RC="0x80070422". Wi-Fi not connnect.
8.Windwos Update Troubleshooting-Adapter of internet. the situation not change.

The windows upgrade may have been interrupted causing this issue, as no other user has informed about such an issue.
