Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After shutdown Laptop (7G766OA#ABA) restarts with C-port or USB port Ethernet adapter connected. New laptop.

If I disconnect the Ethernet cable and just go wireless then laptop shutdown fine. I tried the C-port Ethernet hub as well as the USB Ethernet port both shutdown and immediately restarts the laptop when connect.

Adapter does not have a power management tab (Device Manager) when clicked on properties.

Adapter is Realteck RT:8852BE.
