Hello, I just purchased this laptop a few days ago. I am a graduate student and need this laptop to work with my apple airpods. Every time I try to connect, it disconnects after a few seconds. Everything else sound wise, works ok. This is a huge problem since half the world has airpods....I have looked at several other posts with a similar issue and I dont see anyone who has resolved it? Is this just a big problem with HP laptops? It really doesnt make sense because its bluetooth - so it should work. HP Please provide a solution to this major problem.

Hello,
I have updated the drivers and the problem still happens. It worked once and then when I came back the next day to continue my work, it would not connect. I am still having the same issue tonight. Please let me know, I only have till 7/26 to return this laptop if this does not work.

Is there another BlueTooth device in the room that is active? Perhaps the PC is connecting to it first...?
Just in case, check out this link about pairing earbuds to a PC: https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/how-to-pair-apple-airpods-with-your-windows-10-pc-in-less-than-a-mi...

Hi, no there isn’t. I turn off my phones blue tooth when trying to connect. It happened again last night as well. I tried for almost 20 minutes to get it to connect and it said it was and then it would lose connection. The air pods never actually made the noise they made when they connect so I knew it didn’t work. I’m going to have to return the laptop if there isn’t a solution to this….
