Product: HP Pavilion 27 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 27-d1000i (1U0B2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After one day of charging my phone on the wireless charging station on the Base plate today its no longer charging any mobiles. Support has not been overly helpful as they didn't understand what I was talking about?? Anyone else had the issue with the charge no longer working? One of the reasons I purchased this model was so I no longer had to have cord in office to charge mobile.  Thanks
