The only wifi adapters other than the RTL8821CE, are those listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual, and the Intel cards require 2 working wifi antenna wires to work properly.
You must also make sure they are the part number listed in the manual.

The intel 3165 and 3168 wireless adapter claim to be 1 X 1 adapter but they have two antennas terminal . Can you explain me that and what is MU-MIMO? Also can you tell which wireless adapter Intel 3165 or intel 3168 will be better for my device

Both of the cards have the same throughput specs.
Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165
Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168
The Intel 3168 is a slightly newer model, so I'd go for that one if it is easy to find.
1 x 1 has nothing to do with the # of antenna terminals.
1 x 1 is the number of data streams up and down that the card can support.
1 x 1 AC cards have a max throughput of 433 MBPS
2 x 2 cards can support twice the # of data streams.
2 x 2 AC cards have a max throughput of 867 MBPS.
The Intel cards are designed so that one terminal (Main) supports Wi-Fi and the other terminal (Aux) supports Bluetooth reception.
That's why I originally recommended the Realtek 8821CE because that card supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth reception with the single antenna wire.
It's unfortunate that you had issues with that card, as no one else I have recommended that card to ever had a problem with it. I have had at least a dozen folks respond that they were happy with the card.
You can google what MU-MIMO is.
It is all 'Greek' to me (what many of us say in the USA when we don't understand something).
